All of our suites are comfortably furnished and offer unrivalled views of the racecourse.
Each private hospitality suite include a private bar, TV and balcony overlooking the finishing post to enjoy the racing action. You and your guests will be provided with Hospitality Badges, Free Car Parking and a Racecard to help you enjoy your day.

Westwood Suites 1*, 2 & 3
To accommodate up to 30 seated and up to 40 for a finger buffet

Westwood Suites 4,* 5 & 6
To accommodate up to 40 seated and up to 60 for a finger buffet

* Westwood 1 & 4 can accommodate up to 20 seated or up to 30 for a finger buffet
The Trellis
An exclusive area of the Attraction’s Restaurant for up to 20 guests
(Unfortunately buffets cannot be served in this area)

The Hurn Room
To accommodate 50 seated or up to 70 for a finger buffet

The Orchid Suite (Overlooking the Pre-Parade Ring)
To accommodate up to 30 seated.

Prices includes 10 complimentary Badges
Any additional badges can be purchased at £19 each. Each hospitality guest will receive a complimentary racecard.
For all menu packages and prices, please contact CGC Events Ltd on 0113 287 6387. Catering is not included in the price of the box hire and badges. Occasional seating will be provided for all buffets.
